Has been by far the best selling pattern at Jessica Knits for several years now, especially after we did our store sample in the exclusive Jessica Knits colorway, Sedona Sunset.  It is a great next step pattern for the advanced beginner knitter and has just enough design to keep the seasoned knitter engaged.

Heather Walpole has set us up with another fun Trunk Show!  This month features Ewe Ewe Wooly Worsted yarn!

You will weave your way through a sweet path of brioche stitches in the Lilac Vines cowl. Color block stripes combine with the reversible nature of brioche knitting to create a one-of-a-kind and breathtaking cowl.

This is the way to go.  Knit This Way! Knit with a modern slip-stitch design, these stripes are unusual, fun to knit and even better to wear.

New Pattern Release

Yumiko will be here to debut her new colors for Fall 18 in the DanDoh
Silk + and Cotton Fine yarns.
She will also be releasing her new patterns for Fall.  She gave us a little sneak peek of her Mosaic Cowl pattern shown to the right featuring her Cotton Fine yarn.  The pattern will be available the day of the show.
She also has a new version of her popular River Ripples Poncho pattern done in DanDoh Silk+ yarn, shown here to the left.
We will have all of Yumiko’s patterns, pattern books and yarns in stock the day of the Trunk Show.

Basic Kumihimo Bracelet Workshop

Japanese for “gathering threads,” Kumihimo is a form of braid making using a special foam loom. Come learn this increasingly popular technique with local specialist Pam Howard. You will create a stunning beaded bracelet!

Featured (top to bottom) at the right, are Mary’s on trend colors for the season, Naples, Frolic, Rusty and Tuscan!
She also has a new design by Taiga Hilliard,  Mountford Road!
The shawl at the left is done in Mary Gavan Canyon in the following colors – 1 skein each of Driftwood, Turquoise, Waterfall and Charcoal and uses a size US 11 needle!

3-Dimensional Wet-Felted Vessel Class

Space is limited so you must prepay for the class to hold your spot.
In this workshop you will learn how to make a seamless vessel using wool fibers and incorporated recycled fabrics to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art!  This class will give you the know how to take your felting skills further to make bags, hats, scarves, wherever your imagination takes you.
All materials will be provided and no previous
felting experience is necessary.
Louise has been a lover of the fiber arts since childhood. Growing up in Scotland, Germany, Belgium and England she was exposed to a lot of great arts and crafts.  Louise studied Foundation Art at Banbury School of Art in Oxfordshire, England, as a prerequisite to a Bachelors in Fine Art Printmaking at West Surrey college of Art and Design in Farnham, Surrey, England.  Louise enjoyed a career in Fine Art living mostly in Tubac, Southern Arizona through the 1980’s to mid- 1990’s.  After moving to Northern Arizona she revived her passion for knitting and on a trip back to England took a felting class which ignited a new passion!
Felting just “clicked” for Louise.  She now splits her creative time between knitting and her feltmaking.

Veronica is coming back with a fabulous selection of her beautiful Dream in Color yarns in all of their spectacular colors! She is putting together a collection of yarns and colors based on some popular patterns on Ravelry!
Your Slip is Showing by Casapinka is featured above.
Your Slip is Showing is an opportunity to make a large statement piece using a simple slipped stitch technique. It is a boomerang shaped shawl, which is meditative to knit as it flows from one color combination to the next in twelve different sections. It uses four different colors of yarn and lends itself well to speckles, tonals or variegated colors, fade sets, or gradient colors.  The pattern can be found here on Ravelry.
